Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling is understandable. To avoid a charge, please provide a 48-hour advance notice. If a 48-hour notice is not given, your card will be billed for 50% of the service booked. Failure to show up for your appointment without a 48-hour cancellation will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled service.
